A wrong house, an unarmed 22-year-old college baseball player, body-camera evidence, and now a police corporal charged with voluntary manslaughter.

According to prosecutors, Pysher was unarmed, had his hands raised, and was approximately 17 to 20 feet from Farrell when he was shot. Investigators also said Farrell had less-lethal options available, including a Taser. Farrell has since been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
